Fried Prawns/ Prawn Fritters


Ingredients:
About 30 pieces of prawns
1 egg
4 tbsp flour
150ml water
1/2 tsp salt



Batter:

Mix flour, egg and water, make sure its not watery. Add salt, and mix well.
Cooking:

Dip prawns in batter and deep fry. Dish up and serve.
