Korean Party- Spinach Namul Recipe

Recipe yield: 2 servings

Need:

3 Handfuls of spinach (after cleaning)
Salt
Garlic
Spring Onion
Soy sauce
Sesame oil
Red Pepper powder (optional)



1.Boil a pot of water with bit of salt. When its boiling, put in the spinach  for about 1/2  min.

2. Drain the spinach, and pour cold water immediately.

3. Squeeze out the water a few times till its moist.

4. Prepare the sauce with the following ingredients
1 tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp garlic, 1 tbs spring onion, 1/2 tbs sesame oil, 1 tsp red pepper powder (optional)

5. Mix in.
