Recipe Yield: 2-3 servings
Need:
5 Handfuls of soybean sprout
salt, water
garlic
5 stalks of spring onions
Soy sauce
Sugar
Sesame oil
Hot pepper flakes
1. Boil a pot of water with bit of salt. When its boiling, put in the soybean sprout for about 1 min.
(Make sure you don't overcook, it should not be too soft)
2.Drain the water and let the sprouts cool down.
3. Mix the sauce with the following ingredients:
4 cloves garlic, 5 chopped stalks of spring onions, 3 tbs soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbs sesame oil,
1- 1 1/2 tsp hot pepper flakes, some toasted sesame seed.
5. Mix the sauce into the sprouts. Store in fridge till use.
